[Abstract]Cyclophosphamide （CTX），a commonlyusedalkylatingagent inclinical chemotherapy，can impair ovarianfunction andaccelerateovarianagingduetoitsreproductivetoxicity.Thispapersystematicallyelucidatesthemodernmolecularmchanisms ofCTX-inducedovarianagingfrommultipleperspectives，includingcellarapoptosis，oxidativestressandmitochondrial dysfunctionAditionaly，itreviewsrecent studiesandsummarizesexperimental evidencedemonstratingthatmonomersand compoundfomulasofChinesemedicinescaninterveneintheaforementionedprocesssthroughmultipletargetsandpathways， therebyaleviatingovariandamage.TheaimistoprovideatheoreticalbasisfortheappicationofChinseMedicinesinprotecting fertility in chemotherapy patients.
