国医大师从“龙虎回环”理论辨治心因性咳嗽经验

[Abstract]This paperaims to summarize theclinical experience of National TCM Master HANMingxiang in treating psychogeniccough （PC）basedonthetheoryof"dragon-tigercyclicinterplay.ProfessorHANclassfiesPCwithintheTCMcategory of "liver-relatedcough"，involvingcloseliverandlunginteractions.Thecorepathogenesisliesinthedysregulationoftheascending anddescendingqimovementsbetweentheliverandlung.Itcanbeclasifiedintofourpredominantpaterns：liverqistagation andphlegmdampnessaccumulatinginthelungpatern （dragon-tigerqistagnationandphlegmretention）;liver woodtransforing intofireandscorchingthelungcolateralpattrn（dragon-tigerfireandheatcontendingwithachother）;iveryindficiencyand lunglossofnourishmentandmoisturizationpattern（dragontigeryinfludsinsuffciency）；internalstirrngofliverwindand disturbingthelungmetalpattrn （dragon-tigerwindagitationandcounterflow）.Corespondingtreatmentsareimplementedas follws：soothingliverqistagnationanddown-regultinglungqittransformplegmdampnessclearingliverfireandunblocking lungcollteralstoclearfireheat;supplementingliveryinandmoisteninglungdryesstonourishyinfluids;andextinguishngliver windandpromotinglung metaltosoothethecounterflow.Allthesefouraproacheshaveyielded favorableclinicaloutcomes，as illustrated by a representative case study.
