[Abstract]In Chinese Medicine，neck pain without obvious organic lesions iscategorizedasa disorderof the"meridian sinewdisorders".Thepathogenesisofteninvolvestheinvasionofpathogenicfactorsintothemeridiansinewsandsubsequent functionaldysregulation，clinicallymanifestingasmultidirectionaldysfunctionBasedoniomechanicalassessmentandguded bythecirculationtrajectoryofmeridiansinews，thisstudyinnovativelyestablishesanoveldiagnosticandtherapeuticparadigm of"functionalasessment-distalregulation-sinew-bonebalance"forneckpainthroughmultiplaneactiveandpassivemotion testsandinterventionsatdistalsinewnodes.Byintegratingthebiomechanicalcharacteristicsofdysfunctionandmeridiansinew regulation，thisparadigmestablishesaquantifiableandoperablednamicasessmentsystem.Itnotonlyprovidestheoretical andclinicalevidenceforthemodernizationofthemeridiansinewtheorybutalsopromotestheprecisionandstandardizationof TCM meridian sinew diagnosis and treatment through interdisciplinary collaboration.
