[Abstract]Mitochondria，asanextremelyimportantorganelle，playacentralroleinhumanphysiologicalactivities. Mitochondrialdysfunctionisconsideredtobetherootcauseoftheoccurenceanddevelopmentofvariouschronicrespiratory diseases，anditisinvolvedinuiplephyiologicalandpathologicalprocessssuchashroncinflammation，immuerose andcellsenescenceInthetheoreticalsystemofCinesemedcine，lungangdefiiencyisoneofteimportantpatesofhonic respiratorydiseases.Relevantstudieshaveshownthatahigh degreeofsimilaritybetwee mitochondrial dysfunctionandlung yang deficiencyintermsofmicroscopicpathologicalchangesandclinicalmanifestations，sugestingaclosecorelationbetweenlung yangdeficiencyandmitochondrialdysfunction.Byreviewingtherelevantliteratureinrecentyears，thispaperanalyzesthe influenceofenvironmentalpolutiononmitochondrialfunction，thepathogenicmechanismsofmitochondrialdsfunctionincommon respiratory diseasessuchaschronicobstructivepulmonarydisease，asthma，pulmonaryfibrosisanditscorelation with lungyang deficiency.Furthermore，itsummarizestheregulatoryefectsofactivecomponentsof ChinesemedicineandChinesemedicine compoundtargetingmitochondrialdysfunctioninchronicrespiratorydiseaseswithungyangdeficiencypatern，inordertoprovide newideasforresearchonthecorelationbetweenlungyangdeficiencyandmitochondrialdysfunction，aswellastetreatmentofrespiratory diseases with Chinese medicine.
