胡氏清宫止带丸治疗湿热下注型宫颈炎的临床研究

[Abstract]ObjectiveToexploretheclinicaleficacyof Hushi Qinggong Zhidai Pill（HSQGZDP）inthetreatmentofcervicitis ofdamp-heatdownflowtype.MethodAtotalof81patientswithdamp-heatdownflowtypecervicitisadmitedtoYiyangFirst HospitalofChinese MedicinefromJanuary2O24to September2O24wererandomlydividedinto twogroups，with41casesinthe controlgroupand40casesintheexperimental group.Thecontrol groupwastreatedwithoral doxycyclinetabletscombined with Baofukangsuppositoriesforvaginaladministration.Theexperimental groupreceived HSQGZDPonthebasisofthecontrolgroup's regimen.Bothgroups weretreatedfor14days.Aftertreatment，thecomprehensiveeficacyoncervical erosion-likechangesandthe therapeuticefcacybasedontotalChinese medicine paternscorewerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.The inflammationrelatedindicators （secretionsmearmicroscopyleukorheacleanlinessindex，pathogencultureresults）werecomparedbetwethe twogroupsbeforeandaftertreatment，andthecurativeefectsftertreatmentResultsAftertreatment，thetotalefectiveratefor comprehensive eficacy of cervical erosion-like changes in the experimental group （97.5 % ）was higher than that in the control group C 75.6% 0 P O.01）.Thetotal effectiverateof therapeuticeficacybasedontotalChinesemedicinepatternscoreintheexperimental group （97.5 % ）was higher than that in the control group （ 70.7% 0 P-
