[Abstract]Membranous nephropathy（MN） isoneof thecommonpathological typesof nephroticsyndrome.Conventional treatmentsareoftenasciatedwithrissofadverseefectsandhighrecurrencerates.ProfessorQINJianguopositsthat“blood stasislodgedinthecollteralsandkidneycolateralimpairment”constitutesthecorepathogenesisofMN.Heemphasizesthat bloodstasisisnotonlyadrivingfactorinteonsetandprogressionofMNbutalsoacentralelementcontributingtoitsprotracted andrefractoryature.Acordinglyhedvocatesforthetherapeuticpricipleof"eliminatingbloodstasisinexcesspateofblood phase"，consistentlyapplyingthemethodof transformingstasisandunblockingcolateralstroughoutthetreatmentcourse.Hehas developedtheselfdraftedTongluoYishenFormulaasthecoreprescription，andtailorsthetreatmentbasedonthepatient's symptomsandsigns，complementedbyauxiliarymethodssuchasdispersing withpungentherbsandpromoting urination，separating theclearfromthurbid，andtonifingtheidneytoreinforceYuan-primordialqi.FavorableoutcomesarefrequentlyacievedA representative case is appended for illustration，aiming to provide new insights for the treatment of MN.
