[Abstract]ObjectiveToanalyze thecurrentcharacteristcsandunderlyingnarativedilemmasofTCMinternational publicity，andexploretheinnovativepathsforitsglobaldisemination.MethodsAself-builtcorpuswasconstructedbasedon reportsrelatedtoTCMfromtheEnglish-languagewebsitesofChinaDailyandGlobalTimesfrom2O2Oto2024，follwedby systematicanalysisusingthecorpustolAntConc.ResultsCurrentnarativesofTCMintermationalpublicityfocusonthreemajor themes：TCMtherapies，TCM'sresponsetopublichealthemergencies，andtheintemationalizationofTCM.Withinnarativeson TCMtherapyxtealreamentsdmonstrateaaditaatiestructure，ileitealtreamentsexhbitafragmentedatie pattern.ConclusionTherootcausesofthedilemmasinnarativesonTCMinternationalpublicitylieinthreeaspects：cultural distortionintermiologytranstiondfiencyinsientificaativeawarenessndabseneofsandardizeddiscourse.oproote theglobalsharingofCMsvalue，itsinternationalnarrativeshouldfollowanintegratedfour-foldinovativepathencosing coordinatedtranslationandannotation，evidence-basednaration，standard integration，ndtechnologyempowement.
