[Abstract]Colorectaladenoa （CRA）isacrucialprecancerouslesionofcolorectalcaner（CRC），anditscarcinogenichanismsand prevention-treatment strategiesrepresentimportantentrypointsinTCMforpreventingandtreatingCRC.Basedonthe theoryof"obscuredsunandmoonfromexcessvecelestialbrightessfrom HuangDiNeiJing（Huangdi'sClasicofMedicine），tis paperclarifiesthat"ming（brightness"issynonymouswith"meng （obscuration），suggestingthatwhenthelungsfailtomintain theirpurifyinganddescendingfunction，itisakintotheskybeingcoveredbycloudsandshadows.Thisleadstomalfunctionngof thelargeintestine'sconductionandalossof lusterofthesunandmoon（metaphoricallyrepresentinglargeintestinesnormal conductivefunctions）.Isystematicalldisusesthcoreroleoflungintestineqimovementdysregulationintecarcinogsisof CRA.Theinitialtrigerisungqistagnation，whichcausesintestialqistagnationSubsequentlydampnesandbloodstasis intermingle，generatingturbidtoxinsinterallyEventually，toxinsdamagetheintestinalcolaterals，leadingtotheforatioof canceroustoxins.Thisprocessiscloselyrelatedtomodernpathologicalprocessessuchasdisruptionofthe"ung-intestineaxis"， intestinaldysbiosis，accumulationofinflammatorymediators，andimmunesuppression.hispaperproposesastagedprevetion treatmentstrategy：Intheinitialstage，thefocusisondispersingthelungsandunblockingtheintestines，aswellasresolving stagnationandeliminating masses.Duringtheprogressvestage，emphasisisplacedonclearingthelungandresolvingturbidity andmoreover，removingcolateralsobstructiontopreventpathologicalhanges.Inthequalitativechangestage，themphasisison consolidatingthelungeliminatingtoxins，strenghenngthebodssistan，andeliminatingmases.Byonstructingapeetio treatmentsystemof"simultaneouslytreating thelungsandintestines"basedonthetheoryof"obscuredsunandmoonfrom excesivecelestial brightness，thispaper providesatheoreticalbasisinTCMandaclinical practice pathwayforblockingthe carcinogenesisofCRA.Ithighlightstheoverallregulatorycharacteristicof"qimovementofascentanddescent"intheprevention and treatment of adenoma-carcinoma transition.
