Abstract:ThissudyexploredthephyologicalesponsemechanismsoftheChinarosevriety‘Naokeste',mingtoprovideabsis for drought tolerance evaluation.Different concentrations( 0% 5% 10% 15% 5 20% 25% ,and 30% )ofPEG 6000wereused to treat the cutting seedlings of‘Naokeste’to simulate drought stress for 6,12,24,and 36h .The relative water content, proline (Pro) content, malondialdehdeotent,oohlltent,uperoxidesmutase(OD)actiitydelativeeletricalodciity of theleavesweredetermined.Theresultsweresummarizedasfollows: (l)Therelativewatercontentandchlorophyllcontentinthe leavesdecreasediththreaseinococeratiooovetie.(2)Underthestrsitesityerootetelative EC,and MDA content in the leaves showed an upward trend over time,reaching peaks after treatment with 30% PEG 6000 for 36h (3)TheSODactivitysowedatrendoffirsticreasingandtendecreasingwiththeincreaseinEGoconcentratioachgthe peak at the concentration of 15% .Under the same stress intensity,the SODactivity enhanced over time.In conclusion, the China rose variety‘Naokeste’espondedtdroughtstressbyegulatingProaccuulation,Sactivityandmembrae lipidperoidatio,tus demonstrating certain drought adaptability.
