Abstract:TosreentheBrassicanapusgermplamwithighoilontent,ighproteincontent,adexcelentcomprehesivetraits forbreding,this studycomparedfvenewlines(H5-1,RH29-3,RH30-7,RH35-1,andFY36-7)ofB.napusintemsofre-winter growth,agronomictraitsatrvest,yieldompoentsndsdualtyesultsoedtatH3-7H35-1,and-7et therequirementsoflowglucosinolatesandlowerucicacid inB.napus.RH30-7 presented good growth performance before winter, withthelargestnumberofgrenleavesonthemainstem,thelargestnumberoftotalleaves,thehighestplantsbefore winter,the largestnumberofsiliquesperplantatharvest,andthenumberofprimarybranchesonlysecondarytoFY36-7,thelowestontentof glucosinolates,beingthegermplasmfeaturingmultiplebranchsandsiliques.RH35-1sowedthebestoverallperformane,anking firstinthemaileaflengthaiulafdthdootroameterefoewintergle-plantyeld,siliuelengthber ofseedsper silique,and 1000 -grain weightat harvest,and seedoil content and oleicacidcontent,while itsseeds had the lowest contentofpaliiccidcid,oleicciduicciddicddodeateroteoent-dt plantheightandthelowestbanchghtduringthearveststage,anditssedshadtheghestproteincontent.IconclusioH3-1 servedasanelielinewithaghyield,ighoilcontent,ndhighcomprehensivequalitywhileRH5-1wasaliewithghotein contentandsuitablefomechanicalharvesting.Both lineswereimportantgermplasmresourcesforbredinghighoilandhighprotein varieties of B. napus.
