苗期浇肥对洋葱生长及叶片碳代谢的影响

Abstract:Thisstudyaimstoexploretheefectoffertilizerapplicationatseedlingstageonthegrowthandleafcarbonmetabolism fAllumcepaL.anddeterminethesuitablefertizationdosage.ThevarietyZibaol'wasusedfortepotexperiment,whichwas designed with sixtreatments: nofertilization(CK),conventional single basal fertilization(T1),basal fertilization + conventional topdressing in soil (T2),basal fertilization + liquid topdressing at conventional dosage (T3),basal fertilizer + liquid topdressing at areduceddosage(T4),and basal fertilizer + liquid topdressing at an increased dosage (T5).The biomass accumulation and carbon metabolism-related indicators of A .cepa were systematically analyzed. The results showed that T2-T5 outperformed CK and T1 intermsof the growthand metabolismindicators.Among them,T3hadthebestoverallperformance,especiallyinincreasingthe biomass,activities of carbon metabolism enzymes ( -amylase, β -amylase, amylase,and sucrase),and accumulation of soluble sugars (totalsugar,reducingsugarandsucrose)andstarchinleavesT5adsimilarcarbonmetabolismindicatostoT,whileitsbiomass accumulationwaslowerthan thatofT3.Theplant growthand metabolism-promotingefectofT4 wassignificantlyweakerthanthatof T3 andT5.ComprehensiveanalysissuggestedthatT3was theapropriatetreatmentforpromoting thegrowthandcarbonmetabolism of A. cepa at the seedling stage.
