芸香科果胶裂解酶基因家族鉴定及在柑橘中的表达分析

Abstract:Pectin is a major component of plant cell walls,and pectin lyases (PL) cleave the a -1,4-glycosidic bonds of pectin viaa (202 β eliminationmechanism,therebalteringcellwallcompositionandstructureandafectingcellrelaxationandexpansion.Toeveal the functions of the PL gene family members in Rutaceae,we identified 342PL genes from 19 Rutaceae species.Phylogenetic and motif analysesrevealed that these PL fall into five clades (I,II,II,IV,andV).CladeIcontained the largest numberof members, whereas clade IVhadthe fewest members and motifs.Geneexpression profiling in citrus showed that thehighly expressed PL gene werepredomntlyrodeotablyCndCsbesodeIebiedeexprioaet tissues. Specifically, the expression of CsPL2 was higher than that of CsPLI in juice sacs and flowers, while the trend became opposite inleavesand young branches.CsPL showed graduallyup-regulated expresioninthealbedoofBingtangOrange,SiranuhiTangor, andHarumi Tangor with the development of fruits.Moreover, the expression of CsPL2 in the easy-peel varietieswasmarkedly higher than that in difcult-peel varieties,suggesting that CsPL2 was likely associated with citrus peelability.
