Abstract:ThisstudyusedthepepperinbredlineZY24astheexperimentalmaterialtoinvestigatetheeffectofdierenttypesand concentrationsofplantgrowthregulatorssupplementedintheMSmediumontheinvitrocultureofcotyledonexplants.Theresults showed that during callus induction, the 2.0mg/L 6⋅BA+0.5mg/L IAA treatment had the best effect, achieving a callus induction rate of 94.56% .During callus proliferation, 0.1mg/L 2,4-D treatment significantly promoted the proliferation of callus,while maintaining compact callus texture with a low risk of bud inhibition.During adventitious shoot elongation, the 4.0mg/L 6.BA+0.5mg/LGA3+ 0.3mg/L IAAtreatment efectively promoted adventitiousshot elongation,producing the highest numberof elongatedadventitious shoots perbud-bearingcalls,withanaverageof2.09shots.Adventitious shootcoulddeveloroot normallyonth1/2 MSedium withoutgrowthegulator.Thestudydeterminedthe typesandconcentrationsof growthregulatorsfortheinviroregenerationof pepper cotyledon explants.
