Abstract:Thewidespreaddischargeevironmentalhomonespossaseriousthreattoaquaticrganisms.Inthisstdyebafish embryoswereusedasamodeltoexplore tetoxicefect68-hcuteexposure toprednisoloeatdiferentconcetratios(o,50, and 500ng/L )onthe embryonic development zebrafish.Theresults showedthatcompared with the control group, aqueous exposure to 5ng/L prednisolone promoted the autonomous movement zebrafish embryos (increasing the number movements within 30s increases by 8 times) and improved the hatching rate by 15.27% . Exposure to prednisolone at 50 and 500ng/L significantly decreased the heart rate zebrafish embryos by 10.81% and 14.23% ,respectively, compared with the control group at the time point 72h Exposure to prednisolone at 500ng/L led to motor sluggishness (decreasing the average swimming speed by 29.69% compared with thecontrolgroup)andinducedembryonicevelopentalfomatios(soliosis).Iditionxposuretprednisoloeat5d ng/L increasedthe mortalityratezebrafsh embryosby48.60and40.26percentagepoints,respectivelycompared withthecontrol group.Thedata showedthatlowconcentrations prednisolone hadpromoting efectontheembryonicdevelopmentzebrafish, while 50-500ng/L prednisolone induced irreversible toxic effect. The results provided an important basis for assessing the aquatic ecological risk environmental hormones.
