独活浸提液对稗草、千金子的化感作用

Abstract:ThisstudyaimstoclarifythealelopathicefectofAngelicapubesensextractonEchinochloacrusgaliandLeptochloa chinensis.Polaritygadientextractionwereemployedtoobtainthepetrolemetherextract,dicloromethaneextract,ethylacetate extract,methanol extract and aqueous extract of A .pubescens.With seed germination rate,root length, stem length,and biomassas indicators,the comprehensive allelopathic effect of different extractsof A pubescenson E crusgalli and L .chinensisweredetermined by the petri dish method. The results showed that the five extracts of A .pubescens had significantly different inhibitory effect on E crusgalli and L chinensis,withtheethylacetate extractshowingthestrongestinhibitoryefect.Specifically,theethylacetateextract at 10, 20,and 30mg/L showed the inhibition rates of 100% on all the seed germination rate, root length,and stem length of E crusgalli and 15.73% , 55.27% ,and 95.35% on the biomass of E .crusgali seeds,respectively. The inhibition rates of 30mg/L ethyl acetate extracton the seed germination rate,root length, stem length,and biomass of L.chinensis were 69.06% 81.85% 70.93% ,and 82.53% respectively.Teoveralliibitorectofdieretextrctsonteseedgenationraterootlength,stemlengthndioasof E crusgalli and L .chinensis followed the trendof ethyl acetateextract > dichloromethane extract > methanol extract > petroleum ether extract > aqueous extract.The results indicated that the weed control components of A .pubescensweremainly enrichedin theethyl acetate extract.
