Abstract:Thisstudyaims toevaluate theefectofBacilusvelezensis LH-3onthegrowth performance,immunefunction,nd antioxidantcapacity of weaned piglets.The trial was caried out with three groups: a control group (basal diet),a 0.2% LH-3 group (basal diet +0.2% LH-3 fermentation broth), and a 0.4% LH-3 group (basal diet +0.4% LH-3 fermentation broth). The trial lasted for 42d The results showed thatcompared withthecontrol group,LH-3supplementationsignificantlyincreasedthe averagedaily gainandreducedtefeed-tgainatinddarearate.Regardingimmuneparameters,L-3spplemetationsgnifcantlyeleated the serum levels of immunoglobin A (IgA), immunoglobin G (IgG),and interleukin (IL)-10,with the increasesof 29.7% 23.4% ,and 17.9% in the 0.2% LH-3 group and 53.1% 39.7% ,and 14.9% in the 0.4% LH-3 group, respectively. In addition, compared with the control group,the LH-3 supplementation significantly lowered IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor (TNF). ∇⋅a contentof serum, significantly increasedactivitiesof totalsuperoxidedismutaseandglutathione peroxidase,andsignifcantlydcreasedcontentofmalondialdehyde. Thestudy demonstrated that dietary supplementation of B velezensisLH-3 improved thegrowth performance,immune function,and antioxidant capacity of weaned piglets, with the 0.4% supplementation dosage yielding more significant effect.
