Abstract:Thisstudyaims toexplorethepotatocultivationmeasuresofreducingfertilizerandincreasingeficiency.Thelocal mainpotato variety 'Xingjia 2'was cultivated with seven fertilization treatments: 100% compound fertilizer (CK), 70% compound fertilizer +30% humicacid fertilizer(F1), 50% compound fertilizer + 50% humicacid fertilizer(F2), 70% compound fertilizer + 30% microbial fertilizer (F3), 50% compound fertilizer + 50% microbial fertilizer (F4), 50% compound fertilizer + 25% humic acid fertilizer + 25% microbial fertilizer (F5),and 50% humic acid fertilizer +50% microbial fertilizer (F6). The effect of substitution of chemical fertilizerwithicrobialfertilizerandhumicacidfertlirontheyieldandqualityofpotatosandthephysicalandcheical properties ofsoilwasdiscused.Theresultsshowed thattheapplicationofmicrobial fertilizerand humicacidfertlizercombined withchemical fertilizerimprovedthepotatoyieldandquality.Thecombinedfertilizationtreatments increasedthepotatoyieldby 2.71%-17.88% compared with the control (CK),with F5 achieving the highest yield,which was 25498.95kg/hm2 .Theyields of different treatmentsfollowed the trendof F5>F4>F6>F3>F2> F1>CK .ExceptF3,other treatmentshad higher solubleprotein content,soluble starch content,reducing sugar content, and dry rate thanCK.F2wasmoreconducive to the increasesin solubleprotein content,soluble starch content,and dry rate of potato tubers,while F4 was more conducive to the increase in reducing sugar content of potatotubers.Furthermore,thesubstitutionofemicalfertlrithmicroialfertlandumicacidfrtlesinifcantysed the soil pH value,ncreasedthecontentofrganic matter,alkali-ydrolyzednitrogen,vailablepotassium,andavalableposporus inthe soil,andeancedteactivitisofscrase,akalinepospatase,urease,andatalaseintesoil.oreover,teaplicatiof microbialfertilizerwas moreconducivetotheaccmulationofsoilavailablefertilizerthanthatofhumicacidfertlizerInsummary whencompoundfertiler,microbialfertilzer,andhumicacidfertilzerwereusedasbasefertiler,theecommendeddosageas compound fertilizer 600kg/hm2+ humic acid fertilizer 300kg/hm2+ microbial fertilizer 300kg/hm2 ,which improved the yield and quality of potatoes and the quality of soil.
