农田杂草猪殃殃对稀土铈的积累特性研究

Abstract:Toscreenoutnewpotentialcrium(Ce)acumulatingplants forcontaminatedsoilremediation,asandcultureexperient wasconductedtostudytheCeaccumulationcharacteristicsofleavers(GalimaparineL)treatedwithCeatdiferetconetatios. TheresultsshowedthatwiththeincreaseinCeconcentrationintenutrientsolution,theplantheight,ootlengthandbioasof cleavers showeda trend offirst increasing and then decreasing,reaching the maximums when the Ce concentration was 15mg/L . The Ce content in cleavers showed an increasing trend. When the Ce concentration in the nutrient solution was 120mg/L ,the Ce content in roots and shoots was 3 052.06 and 482.87mg/kg ,respectively. The roots and shoots of cleavers showed the Ce bioconcentration factors greaterthan1andthetranslocationfactorsbelow1,whichindicatedthatCe was mainlyaccmulatedintherots.The maximumCe accumulation amountsin the rootsand shootswere 30.61 and 47.94μg/plant ,respectively.Therefore,cleaverswasapotential CeacumulatingplantandcouldbeusedasapotentialphytoremediatiomaterialforCe-contaminatedsoilsinwinterandspringadcool climate regions.
