AbstractObectie]TevelopamolecularidenificationmethodforAstragalusmembranaceusanditsphamaceuticalpreparatiosusing ligation-dependentPCR(LPCR)technology.Method]Basedonsinglenucleotidepolymorphism(SNP)locispecfictoAstragalusmembranaceus,hybridzationpobsndCRprisesigdndeteionosresstematicalltidtaateth's specificity.ThearoachasfurthervalidatedusingcommercialsamplesofGuhanHealthEseceandZhenqiFuzhengGranules.esulte establishedLededgiidyrescdplsfulledild ples,includingrawAstragalusmembranceusmaterials,GuhanHealthEssence,ndZenqiuzhengGaulesElectroporeticalyiso fimedtheprseceofssspecifcdsespdigtstrglusmbacs.otablyactiviybedwih monlyconfusedspeciessuchasHedysarumpolybotrysandngativecontrolslackingAstragalusmembranaceusDNAremainedudetected. [Conclusion]TeLPCRmethodevelopedinthisstudyenablespreciseidentficationofAstragalusmembranceusDAinomplexhrbal prepartionsandisparticularlyefectiveforsamplescontaininghiglydgraddDA.Tisapproachprovidesareliableandobustoolfor quality control and regulatory monitoring of traditional Chinese medicine products.
