AbstractToevaluatethcologicaladaptabiltyofnewfue-curedtobaccovarietis（lines）bredbyteEconomicCropsReseahInstitute ofAnhuiAcadeyofAgiculuraiencsiLuzoutobacogrowngaras，afeldomparisontrialin24wasoductedusingalagplot designwithYa8dZognasotrolslevnvretilsssteticallsedfoacaltrisoc characterstics，coomicidicatsandqaltatrbutes.TeresultsemonstratedtatAyan4eiedsuperoradaptabilitywithtable agronomic performance and outstanding economic indicators （ yield： 2564.72kg/hm2 ； superior-grade leaf proportion： 64.25% ），coupled withstrongbacteraliltsistance（zrofldicdence），akingitecoeddasysearietyfexpandddmostatio；the lines（Wanchan17，AH2107ndAH13）shoddstinctdvanages-Wancuan7chevedthehgstouputvalue（8790.5ya/） with 851.55kg/hm2 yield increase over Yunyan 87 and enhanced sensory quality in aroma volume and aftertaste;AH2107 attained 86. 42% superior-gradeleaves（24.O8percentagepointshigherthanZhongchuan208）；AH2213demonstratedvigorousfieldgrowth（plantheight： 153.0cm ），three lines（Wanchuan107，AH2107，andAH2213）showingsignificant economicadvantages（15881.70-31153.80yuan/hm valueincrease）；theZushatobacolineZ26displaedcharacteristcedspeckledensityanduniquearomaprofile，despiteloweraverage price（26.66 yuan/kg），demonstrating potential for specialty tobacco development.
