AbstractOectie]Tivestigatetesabilitoti，ucisugarcotentdgacotieatiof26，ajoobolti varcultivatediChuxiongState，China，andclarifthekeyfactorsafectingtequalityofChuxiongtobaccoMethod]Thetstdataf chemicalqualityindexoftobacosamplesfroChuxiongK326varietyawmaterialbaseofCuxiogCigareteFactoryfrom2018to022was colectedTesabilitfcoti，duingsuarontentandsugarootieatiasaalydndthgioalizationstudysadt withtownshipastunit.ResultTerelativestabilityofsgaricotieiofK326tobaoleavsiCuxiogasgodigenlithe upperleaves，porinthemiddleandlowerlaves，whichfluctuatedgreatlyfromyeartoyear.Thesamplepointsof theupper，midleand lower leaves were 54.42% ，61. 17% and 47.68% lower than the quality target requirements of high-quality tobacco leaves，respectively，and thedistributionwasalsomoreintowsadvilgesTekeyasonforteucordiaedandustablesugar-icotieratioof326inCuiongwasthelowandunstablecontentofrducingsugar.Teoverllpfoanceofrducigsugarcontentwaselativelygodtogoodithe upper leaves，good inthe middle leaves and poorinthe lower leaves.The sample points of upper，midle and lower leaves were 55.38% ， 28.69% and 87.76% lowerthan the quality target of high quality tobacco leaves，respectively.The second reason was that there were more samplesof nicotine inupperandmidleleaves that werelowerthanthequalitytargetrequirementsof high-qualitytobaccoleaves， 42.80% and 46.68% ，respectively.Teabsolutestabilityvariationwasatamediumlevel，andtheelativestabilitypeformancewasfromrelativelygoodto good.Conlusion]Reducingsugarcontentistekeytootroltesugar-icotieatioofK326tobaccoleavsinChuxiogtobaccoing area，and then it isalso necessaryto increase and stabilize the nicotine contentof upper and medium tobacco leaves.
