AbstractOectie]Tivestigatetesabilitoti,ucisugarcotentdgacotieatiof26,ajoobolti varcultivatediChuxiongState,China,andclarifthekeyfactorsafectingtequalityofChuxiongtobaccoMethod]Thetstdataf chemicalqualityindexoftobacosamplesfroChuxiongK326varietyawmaterialbaseofCuxiogCigareteFactoryfrom2018to022was colectedTesabilitfcoti,duingsuarontentandsugarootieatiasaalydndthgioalizationstudysadt withtownshipastunit.ResultTerelativestabilityofsgaricotieiofK326tobaoleavsiCuxiogasgodigenlithe upperleaves,porinthemiddleandlowerlaves,whichfluctuatedgreatlyfromyeartoyear.Thesamplepointsof theupper,midleand lower leaves were 54.42% ,61. 17% and 47.68% lower than the quality target requirements of high-quality tobacco leaves,respectively,and thedistributionwasalsomoreintowsadvilgesTekeyasonforteucordiaedandustablesugar-icotieratioof326inCuiongwasthelowandunstablecontentofrducingsugar.Teoverllpfoanceofrducigsugarcontentwaselativelygodtogoodithe upper leaves,good inthe middle leaves and poorinthe lower leaves.The sample points of upper,midle and lower leaves were 55.38% , 28.69% and 87.76% lowerthan the quality target of high quality tobacco leaves,respectively.The second reason was that there were more samplesof nicotine inupperandmidleleaves that werelowerthanthequalitytargetrequirementsof high-qualitytobaccoleaves, 42.80% and 46.68% ,respectively.Teabsolutestabilityvariationwasatamediumlevel,andtheelativestabilitypeformancewasfromrelativelygoodto good.Conlusion]Reducingsugarcontentistekeytootroltesugar-icotieatioofK326tobaccoleavsinChuxiogtobaccoing area,and then it isalso necessaryto increase and stabilize the nicotine contentof upper and medium tobacco leaves.
