Similarly, five fertilization treatments were applied: F1 ( 0g/pot/ ,F2 ( 40g/pot) ,F3( 80g/pot ),F4( 120g/pot) ,andF5 ( 160g/pot ). Growth parameters, including plant height, numberofbrachs,rachlgthndteameteeeasudototheicaracterstiseseedusingLble photosynthsisetealongiompsosofoohllotetndopholoicalraitsoftelantsndavs.eesultsidatdat at a soil water content of 8.0% (W5),plant height increased most significantly (15.77cm ),and chlorophyll content ( 2.4mg/g )and net photosynthetic rate improved markedly. In contrast,when soil moisture fell below 4.6% (W3),growth rates declined,and the maximum efficiency of photosystem II ( (Fv/Fm) diminished.In terms of fertilization,the application of 40g/pot (F2)of organic fertilizer significantly enhanced plant height (23.27 cm)and chlorophyll synthesis ( 1.48mg/g );however, a negative effect was observed when the application exceeded 80g/pot (F4).This research demonstrated that the response of L. litseifolius to water and fertilizer followed an“inverted U-shaped” curve,with optimal cultivation conditions identified as soil moisture levels between 5.6% and 8% and organic fertilizer application rates of 40 to 80g/pot . These findings provide a theoretical foundation for the efficient cultivation and management of L. litseifolius .
