AbstractInespsetohprobsofhsachontetandtroiiatioineprpecialobaoles,ZonganOasusd as the experimental material. Before baking, 50-150U/g concentration of alpha amylase,pectinase,and cellulase was sprayed to measure the comprehensivealityoftbcoavessuchsicalompositoroampositiopearacealityndsoryaatiality. The results showed that spraying 50U/g alpha amylase, 100U/g pectinase ,and 100U/g cellulase before baking resulted in an increase in the contentoftotalsugarndducingsugaribaccolavesebakingsignificantdcreaseinoeontent,sigificantieaseino tassiumcotetdpdaloatolottsasib ly increased,with year-on-year increases of 37.38% ,37. 40% ,and 25. 65% compared to the control group ;the quality evaluation showed an increaseinaroadlatendftsteloastedsifatceseinpuitdtatoeseahoe technicalreferenceforsolvingthequaltyproblemsofupprleavesandfurtherstabilizingtheproductionandqualityoftobaccoleaves.

烟草是一种特殊的经济作物,烟草品质主要包括烟叶外观质量、内在化学成分、中性致香成分、感官评吸质量等[1-4]烤烟上部烟叶的利用率非常高,占整株烟草的 30%~40% ,但由于土壤肥力或田间管理等措施使上部烟叶容易表现出叶片厚大、成熟度低、结构紧密等外观质量问题以及淀粉含量高、糖碱比偏低、刺激性较强等内在品质问题,大大降低了其工业可用性[5-8]。(剩余8059字)
