Population Genetic Analysis of Eleutherococcus senticosus in Northeast China with Genotyping by Sequencing(GBS)

Analysis of the 103 546 high-quality SNPs exposed that populations of E . senticosus in Northeast China had lower genetic diversity (Private =1 943.25, π=0 239, Ho=0 .2353, He=0 . 234 3),there were close genetic similarities and little genetic diferences among different groups,only moderate differentiation exists between Jilin and Liaoning( Fst=0 .0532),indicating that the genetic basis of E .senticosus in Northeast China wasrelatively narow,whichmaybedue toitsclonalreproductive characteristics.[Coclusion]The results not only provide molecular tools for genetic studies of E .senticosus, but also contribute to germplasm conservation and utilization in Northeast China.
