吸附条件对食用油中苯并(a)芘吸附脱除的影响

摘 要:将醋酸纤维素负载在活性炭表面得到的改性活性炭应用于食用油中苯并(a)芘的吸附脱除,以吸附脱除率为衡量指标,从吸附剂用量、吸附温度和时间方面对吸附条件进行优化。结果表明,在吸附剂添加量为油重的0.8%,110 ℃下吸附30 min的条件下,改性活性炭对苯并(a)芘的脱除率高达100%。

Effect of Adsorption Conditions on the Adsorption and Removal of Benzo(a)pyrene in Edible Oil

Abstract: Activated carbon modified with cellulose acetate loaded on the surface of activated carbon is applied to the adsorption and removal of benzo(a)pyrene in edible oil. The adsorption and removal rate is used as a measure, and the adsorption conditions are optimized from the amount of adsorbent, adsorption temperature, and time. The results showed that the optimal adsorption conditions were as follows: the amount of adsorbent added was 0.8% of the oil weight, and the removal rate of benzo(a)pyrene was as high as 100% after 30 minutes of adsorption at 110 ℃.

苯并芘为多环芳烃的代表性物质,根据其苯环的稠合位置可分为1,2-苯并芘、3,4-苯并芘、4,5-苯并芘等10多种物质,前两种有强致癌性,而4,5-苯并芘致癌作用较弱。(剩余4141字)
