食品药品检验机构仪器设备的管理与控制

摘 要：当今仪器设备检测已成为食品药品检验机构依靠的重要检测手段，本文对食品药品检验机构仪器设备管理控制中发现的问题进行分析，针对仪器设备管理文件、采购、档案、操作技能、校准、搬迁等方面存在的问题，提出了相应的建议，旨在推动食品药品检验机构的仪器使用管理更加规范和科学。

Management and Control of Instruments and Equipment in Food and Drug Inspection Institutions

Abstract： At present， instrumentation testing has become an important means of testing relied on by food and drug inspection agencies. This paper analyzes the problems found in the management and control of instruments and equipment of food and drug inspection institutions， and puts forward corresponding recommendations for problems in instrument and equipment management documents， procurement， files， operational skills， calibration， relocation， etc.， with the aim of promoting more standardized and scientific management of instrument use in food and drug inspection institutions.
