摘 要：食品安全监督是确保食品安全的有力措施，具有非常重要的作用。如今，我国食品安全面临着更大的挑战，对食品安全监管提出了新要求。本文基于食品安全监管现状，介绍了食品安全监管的要求，根据实践分析安全监管问题，提出相关的可行策略，以提升食品安全监管水平。

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures in Food Safety Supervision and Management

Abstract： Food safety supervision is a powerful measure to ensure food safety and plays a very important role. Nowadays， China’s food safety is facing greater challenges and has put forward new requirements for food safety supervision. Based on the current situation of food safety supervision， this article introduces the requirements of food safety supervision， analyzes safety supervision issues based on practice， and proposes relevant feasible strategies to improve the level of food safety supervision.
