关于校园供餐单位食品安全舆情应对现状的调查研究
——以天津市为例

摘 要:通过了解天津市校园供餐单位从业人员食品安全舆情知识、态度、行为及单位食品安全事件应急预案(舆情)的制定与落实现状,探讨其新时代特征,探析目前校园食品安全舆情工作中存在的问题,为改善食品安全舆情应对工作状况提供参考。

Investigation and Research on the Current Situation of Public Opinion Response to Food Safety of Campus Catering Units

Abstract: Through researching of the knowledge, attitude and behavior of employees in Tianjin campus catering units about the public opinions in food safety and the studying how these catering units form and implementation of the emergency plan (public opinions) for food safety incidents, this paper will discuss its characteristics in the new era, analyze the problems existing in the work of public opinions of food safety on campus at present, and provide a reference for proposing strategies to improve the work situation of public opinion response to food safety.
