1927年,德国病理学家SchmorlG描述了一种特殊类型的椎体病变,主要见于胸腰椎,现在称为许莫氏结节(Schmorl'snode,SN),与熟知的椎间盘向椎管、椎间孔的水平突出不同,SN为椎间盘髓核通过软骨终板和骨性终板进入椎体松质骨,边缘硬化[2]。(剩余14821字)
