Abstract:OjetiTestigateeofDbngseBAKcratedproteinaseOPnoii oftriplenegatiebeasaecelle-MB43disoelaeeasmMehdsOPKNAastraseedintDB-453 cellsbylentiviustrasfetiotcheReal-tifuoresequantitatieCRasedtoeenteOPK(sOK)withteoout effect,ndtheol(opstupCellrachsasedtoetecellgratindasD-45lihop were treated with different concentrations of paclitaxel,docetaxel and 5-fluorouracil for 72h ,and cell proliferation was detected by MTT assay. ResultsTOPwihsttefeetaseleecellasstnd4mpaediho the MDA-MB-453 cell migrationabilityof the si-TOPK group was significantly reduced( P<0.01) .After treatment with diferent concentration of palitaxeleaedacilistiol proliferation of si-TOPK group was significantly down-regulated( P<0.01) .Conclusion TOPK gene can effectively decrease the sensitivity of human breastcancereleapeclieleldouacilced strategy forbreast cancer treatment.
