Abstract：ObjetieTplorethliicalalcatioefondetectioofoeaocellholoB）ultaeflo cytometryusisosieodeo diagnosisofMinlinc.MethodsAtotalf254patientswithMiagosedinourhospitalfromFebruaryOtoJulyO5wereselectedasthe researchojectsddteo4）ndo）Allsped，E detectionitsultsooetsultaaeefoetestndiuofiatioeerosistngteste comparedbetwnthtoousooosobidwitiicalompreesieagosisncudingaing，boratoryd folowupedoesi positive predictivevalue，negativepredictivevalue）.ResultsTheproportionof patientswithhigh proportionof myelomacells（ ⩾30% ）in the newonset group was 83.09 % ，which washigher than75.89%in thereturn visit group（ P<0.05） .The proportion of primitive plasma cell type in the newonset group was 21.13% ，which was higher than 8.04% in the return visit group（ P<0.05） .The positive rates of CD19 and Lambda in the new-onset group were 10.56% and 42.96% ，respectively，which were lower than 23.21% and 59.82% in the return visit group（ P<0.05 ）.The proportion of IgG type detected by IFE was the highest（ 42.25% in the new-onset group and 46.43% in the return visit group），and there was no difference in the distribution of subtypes between the two groups（ P> 0.05）.The accuracy （97.46 % ），sensitivity （98.42 % ）and specificity （95.00 % ）of combined detection inthediagnosis of MMwerehigherthan those of BMM（ 94.92% ，96.85 % ，90.00 % ），MFC（ 81.64% ，80.31%，85.00 % ）andIFE（ 92.94% ，94.88 % （20 88.00% ） P<0.05） .ConclusionThecombineddetectionofBMM，MFCandIFEcancomplementtheshortcomingsofeach methodandimprovethe diagnosticdlhsps canbe used as a preferred scheme for clinical MM diagnosis.
