Effect of Transcranial Doppler Ultrasound Combined with Carotid Duplex Ultrasonography in theEvaluation of VascularLesions in ElderlyPatientswith Cerebral Infarction

Abstract：ObjectiveTostudtevalueofranscanialDoplerultrasound（CD）combinedwitharotidduplexulrasonogaph（CUSnthe evaluationofvslarsiosindelpatientswiterebralifarctio（MethodsSixtyederlatientswitmitedtoJiCot HospialofTraditionalCineseMedicinefromSeptember22toSptember024wereicudedTCD，CDUSandcombineddiagosisere perforedTeieetioatesofDUdbdeeoeoednderagosicfacfosulaio elderlyCIatitsasalydeosiieiagostacoDUdeirobdetetioinerettyfatss compared.ResultsThe positive detectionrateof TCDcombined with CDUSwas higherthan thatof singledetection（ P <0.05）. The diagnostic acuracyeiioail single detection（ P<0.05） .ThepositivediagnosticaccuracyofTCDcombinedwithCDUSdetectioninpatientswithlargeareacerebral infarctionand medium area cerebral infarction was higher than that of single detection（ P<0.05） .Conclusion TCD combined with CDUS has a definite evaluation valueforslios patients with large area cerebral infarction and medium area cerebral infarction.
