产后子宫宫缩痛为产褥期常见症状，多于产后1～2d开始，表现为阵发性剧烈腹痛，其严重程度多与宫缩频率及哺乳时反射性缩宫素的分泌有关，以经产妇表现最为强烈，若未及时干预，可影响产妇的产后作息及身心状态，增加子宫复旧不良及产后抑郁等发生风险[2]。（剩余4666字）
