Effect of Liver-soothing and Mind-regulating Acupuncture Combined with Press Needle on TCM Symptoms，Inflammatory Indexesand Sleep Qualityof Insomnia Patients with Stagnation ofLiver Qi and Spleen Deficiency

Abstract：ObjectiveTostudytheefetofliver-sooingandmindregulatingacupuncturecombinedwithpressneeleonTCMsptoms inflammatoryidedseealityfsotitsihtagatiofiveindseetsFoAprll 2024，60nsoapatietsithtagatiooflverindspleedficencagoddtreatedinurspialwereseleedasc objects.Usingtedoberabletd，yereidtotroloudeaioouithatitsichoupe controlgroupastreaediveolwesteeiseatiootratedithesoingddlatigcucue combinedwithressdsisfotopdroeoalitatoctoeleet efeet，slepsettecnderofcalakeeopadetwnthoosultshdeodte PSQIscoreofthtgouloweranthatfortreaentdaedihotrolgouthseatiogoudeo （ P⋅ <0.05）.The levels of tumor necrosis factor -α （TNF- ∇⋅α∝ ）and interleukin-6（IL-6） in the two groups were lower than those before treatment，and comparedwithotolopteevelsineeatiogrouelowertantoeeotrolou）Thtotaltietef treatment in the observation group was 93.33% ，which was higher than 80.00% in the control group（ P <0.05）.The sleep onset latency in the obsevationgoseatoretdbualkessoedf observation group were better than those of the control group（ P<0.05 .Conclusion Liver-soothingand mind-regulating acupuncture combined with pressnedlehsaositonthetreatentofisoapatientsithgationofliverqndspleendfiiencyhicanduc symptoms，itaosoealoaltoseld numberof nocturnal awakenings.Itisaneffective treatment methodand isworthyof clinical application.
