Abstract：ObjectiveTobservetheclinicalefectofXiao'erYiziAnshenTuinacombinedwithlanguagecognitivetrainingfohildrenwith delayednguagedevelopentMethodsAtotalofOcildreitelaedlanguageevelopentheretreatedinLuzouateitydChild HealthcareHospitalfomJuly2toay3ereseletedaddividdintoreamenoupdcontrolgoupacoingtotheadober tableethodi5coenioloreeaedigaogiiegd5 treatmentgroupweretreatedwithXiao'erYizhiAnshenTuinaonthebasisoflanguagecognitivetraining.TheclinicaleficacyandGesel developmentaldagostcalesorsofteoouserealyddcompaedesultsTeotalftieatefetreamntouas 94.29% ，which washigher than 88.57%of the control group（ P<0.05 ）.After treatment，thescores of Gesell scalein the two groupswere higher than thosebeforetreaentndtorsofanggeedpsoalcalaitraeopigertoite controlgroupCncusinXirzAshuomindwitggeogitietraingisfeieitraetofd withdelayedlggelopntotehelopofde'abilitdpotoaloai Key Words：Delayed language development; Children; Tuina; Language cognitive training
