Short-term Effect of Virtual Reality Combined with Vestibular Rehabilitation Training onPatients with Unilateral Vestibular Hypofunctionand its Effect on Hemodynamics

Abstract:OjetiTotudyeoteetofvirtalealityombiditestulareabilitationtaingonpatietsilateral vestiularyofuciodimodaetstallatitsiatealstlaroucotraedosal fromJanuary223toDecember24wereenoledndrandomlysigedtoeitheracotrolgroupoasdygoupusingandomubertable with48patientsinachop.Teontrolgousratedwitovetioalwesteedicie(etaistie)esudyoupastreatedih virtualreailsf recoverytiecossode,ee) werecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.ResultsThestudygroupdemonstratedasignificantlyhighertotalefectiverateof93.75 % compared with 81.25% in the control group( P<0.05) .Thetime of tinnitus disappearance,vertigo disappearanceand hearing recovery inthestudy group were shorter than those in the control group( P<0.05) .Compared with before treatment,the VSI and DHI scores of the two groups were decreased and the BBS scorewascreasdfertreamntutemproveentoftesudyopsgreatertndDosreloertantofotrol groupandteoeseraatftotrolgoup(OO)Aetreaentothosoedeasedloodoii therightvertebe)tal)dsldretd LVA and BA were higher than thosein the control group( P<0.05 ).Conclusion Virtual reality combined with vestibular rehabilitation trainingin the treatmentofaltiafoteeeaes clinicalymptomrelief,enhancebalanceabilityandpromotehearingrecovery.Itisafeasibleandefective treatmentplan.
