Clinical Effect of Ergometrine Maleate Injection Combined with Oxytocin in Preventing Postpartum Hemorrhage of Pregnancy Complicated with Uterine Scar and its Effect on Bleeding Volume

Abstract：OeiesiealtealeteeodiOeeti hemorhageinpregancyithuteriescar（US）.MethodsFromJune21toJue2O4，68USpregantwomenwaitingfordeliveryiYshan County Huangjiasi Hospital wereselectedastheresearchobjects.Theyweredivided intoOTgroup（34pregnant women）and EM+ OT group （34 pregnant women） by random number table method.OT group was treated with oxytocin hemostasis scheme，and EM+ OT group was treated with ergometrinealeateetioedimosasisecaleeispoaa hemoglobin（Hb），dbloodcellount（RBC）duratioofbloodylochianduterineinvoluiontiewerecomparedbetweethetoous. Results The excellent and good rate of prevention in EM+ OTgroup washigher than that in OT group（ P <0.05）.Thevolume of postpartum hemorrhage（eey）nossatiOdfosal4e delivery）was more than that in OT group（ P<0.05） .At 24 hoursafter delivery，the Hb and RBC indexes of the two groups were lower than those beforedelivery，buttheHbandRBCindexesoftheEM + OTgroupwerehigher than thoseof theOT group（ P< 0.05）.Thedurationof bloodylochiaand uterine involution in EM+OT group were shorter than those in OT group（ P<0.05 ）.Conclusion EMcombined with oxytocin hasagood preventiveeffect onpostpartumhmoageofShichedueteueofostparmogerotelchaldischargeedethelossofdlod cells and shorten the duration of uterine involution.Itisworthy of application.
