Effect of Different Doses of Methylprednisolone on Inflammatory Factors and Therapeutic Effect inPatients with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome

Abstract：OjetiTeeetofierentdosofetprednisolooflatoctosdrapetictinatsi acuterespiratostrsdoeetodsysingtedobertabletodOtitsiutespaoisto diagnosedandtreatedinourspitalfroMa2toa24erdvidedintotogopsaedsgoupandgoupBachoad3 patients.Bothgroupsweregivenroutinetreatment.OnthebasisofroutinetreatmentgroupAwastreatedwithlow-dose（8Omg/d） methylprednisolodoastreaedigogdehlsesatoctoaic effects，bloodgsecalabilideddefdeactiseompadeoousl groupsdemonstratedasignfntdeaseinsR，CandIL-6levelsaftertreatentthantosebeforetreatmentndteleelsf inflammatory factorsin groupBwere lower than thosein groupA（ P< 0.05）.Thetotal effectiveratewassignificantlyhigheringroupB（93.33 % ）than that in groupA （83.33 % ）（ P< O.05）.Both groupsdemonstratedasignificant increaseinpartialpressreofbloodoxygen （PaOz）anddecreaseinpartial pressureofcarbondioxide（PaCO）thantosebforereametdtheblodgsidexesinthegroupBwereeterthanthoseinteoupA （ P<0.05 ）.GroupBhadasignificantlysorterhospitaliaionteanlowerAcutePysiologndChroncHalthEvaluationIsore（ACH score） score than those in group A （P0.05 ）.Conclusion Diffrent doses of methylprednisolone have certain efects inthe treatment of acuterespiratory ditresssdoeHoweveompaditldoegdetlpredisoloigdoe（gdetylpredsoloeo thrapetilicodl the incidence of adverse reactions.
