Researchon Laser Cuting Technology for Special Vehicle Structural Parts Based on Process Characteristics

Abstract：Tearticlediscussesthematerialandstructuralcharacteristicsofthevehiclecomponentsofaspecialvehicleandthe iflenceofthpamesfpowdseedfalpduiaysoeutiprocsss.Itsuggtstion ftheparametersconceringvariousprocessfeaturesandcreates themuitibjectiveparameteroptimizationtool.On-handstructural partsareusedtoconductexperimentalcomparisonsofcutingprecisionandprocessingspeed.Itisdemonstratedthatthetimized processparameterscanhelptominimizethewastefuleatiputenancethequalityofthecutandincreasethestabitoftecting process，which can be useful in the engineering use of laser cutting in the special vehicle production.
