Key Technology Research on Structural Strength and Fatigue Durability Design of Commercial Vehicle Chassis

Abstract:Withteontiuousriseindemandsforeadutyperformanceighreliabitandextendedseicelifecorcial vehiclechasis structures nowface increasinglycomplex operational conditions and stricterrequirements forstructural strength andfatiguedurabitAsthecoreload-bearingunitsupportingtheveicle'spowertrain,suspesionsystem,andbodystructur,the chassis'structuralsfetyndurabitirectlimpactoperatialelabiltericeifndotiecyisstudtate thatestablishingmuliconditionloadspectra,implementingfatiguedamage-basedstructuraloptimizationmethods,andenancing experimentalvalidationwithengineeringfeedbackmechanismscaneffctivelyimprovethesafetymarginandfulifereliabilityof commercialvehiclechassisstructures.Theseadvancementsprovidetechnicalsupportforthelightweightandhighdurabitydesignof next-generation commercial vehicle chassis.
