AnalysisofCold Stamping Forming for Half-Bridge Shell Based onDynaform
Abstract:Withtheacceleratingpaceofteompanysdiitalfactoyonstructionmathematicalimulatiosofwarecontiuestogain widespreadadoption.Itefectivelypredictsdefectssuchasthinningandcrackinginsheetmetalformingduringstampingproviding valuableguidanceformolddesignndstampingprocesses.ThispaperintroducestheaplicatioofDynaformsimulationanalysisinthe coldstampingformingofsemi-axlehousings.Using theCAEanalysissoftareDynaformincombinationwiththe3Dmodelingsoftware UG,theforming processofsemiaxlehousingsisanalyzedfromthreeperspectives:forminglimitdiagrams,thicknessdistriution cloudmaps,andspringbackanalyss.Experimentalvalidatiosowsthateexperimentalesultsarelrgelyonsistentwiththefinite elementsimulationresults,metingthepartqualityrequirements.Thisapproachefectively guidesmolddesignandformingprocess development,shortensproductionpreparationcycles,and improvespart quality.
