Abstract:Aimingatthecrackingproblemofthecabgantryofacertaincommercialvehicleduringroadtests,thispaperadopts CAEtechnologyforfaultdiagnosisandoptimization.Ahigh-precisionfiniteelementmodelwithwelddetailswasestablishedvia3D scanning,anddyamicsiulatioascarredoutinombinationwiththactualladspectrumtolocatethstressoncetrationarea andidentifythathemaincausesofcrackingarestressconcentrationinducedbystructuralmutationanddynamicresonance.Taking stresseductionandnaturalfrequencyimprovementastheobectivesanimprovedschemecombiningtopologyoptimizationandshape optimizationwasproposed.Simulationandstrengthenedroadtestverificationshowthatemaximumstressoftheoptimizedgantryis reduced by 26.4% ,thecrackingproblemissolved,whichprovidesareferenceforthedurabiltydesignofsimilarstructuralcomponents.
