Abstract:Tisstudyinvestigatestheimpactofkeyparametersinsymmetricallafspringsuspensionconfigurationsonveiclestabilt TheaxisdeflectionAngleiscalculatedbynumericalmethodthroughSAEarcmethod.Thispaperintroducesthecalculationmethodof "pushingrod"Angle.Acordingtotherelationshipbetweentheaxialangle,pushrodAngleandvehiclebodyrollAngle,thefunctional relationshipbetweenthevehiclebodyrollAngleandtheparametersrelatedtotheleafspringsuspensionarrangementisstablished Takingthefrontleafspringsuspensionofacertaintypecommercialvehicleasanexample,thispaperanalyzestheinfluenceof leaf springinstalationAngle,leafspringspanandfulloadarceightoftleafspringonvecleodysabityitintecommonjumping rangeofcommercialvehicleleafspringsuspension.Thefindingsrevealthatallthreeparametersexhibitnegativecorelationswith stability,providing valuable insights forsuspensionsystem design.
