Abstract:Toimpretsaityfetyndigomfortoftstefoalllectricligrckslii operational burden,thisstudytakesaspeificmodelofallelectriclightruckastheresearchobjectandsystematicallyconducts researchonthematchingdesignandverificationof itssteeringsystem.Basedontheoveralldesignrequirementsofthesteering systemspecifiedbyteveicle,thispaperelaboratesontemetodsforparametercalclationperformanceanalysisandoaatie validatinthroughouttheentireprocessfromdesigninput tooutput.Emphasis isplacedoncompletingthelayoutverificationof key hardpointsinthesterigsystem,thematchingvalidationofthesuspesionsystem,andtheperformanceverficationofompoents. Throughtheoreticalcalculationsandsystematiccomponentverification,thecomplianceofthesteringsystemdesignwithrelevant regulationsadittructuralsfetyarevalidated,andaeasonablematchngshemefortsteigsysteisultimatelyeind.
