Abstract：Toimpretsaityfetyndigomfortoftstefoalllectricligrckslii operational burden，thisstudytakesaspeificmodelofallelectriclightruckastheresearchobjectandsystematicallyconducts researchonthematchingdesignandverificationof itssteeringsystem.Basedontheoveralldesignrequirementsofthesteering systemspecifiedbyteveicle，thispaperelaboratesontemetodsforparametercalclationperformanceanalysisandoaatie validatinthroughouttheentireprocessfromdesigninput tooutput.Emphasis isplacedoncompletingthelayoutverificationof key hardpointsinthesterigsystem，thematchingvalidationofthesuspesionsystem，andtheperformanceverficationofompoents. Throughtheoreticalcalculationsandsystematiccomponentverification，thecomplianceofthesteringsystemdesignwithrelevant regulationsadittructuralsfetyarevalidated，andaeasonablematchngshemefortsteigsysteisultimatelyeind.
