Research onthe Mechanism ofTrack Wearin the Accumulation Chain Conveyor System of Automotive Painting Workshop Abstract：Thetrackof hestackingchainconveyorsystemin teautomotivepainting workshopissubjectedtoheavy loads，startstop impacts，and humidacidicandalkalineenvironmentsforalongtime，whichcaneasilyleadtoserious wearandtearandproduction failures. Clarify thecauses of wearand provide preventionand control plans.This studyanalyzesthreetypes of wear mechanisms： adhesiveseardetachmentontactfatiguecrackpropagationndorosionabrasivecompsite.BasedontheaeofLuzouWuling productionline，targetedmodificationssuchasoptimizingthestructureofthecarandanticorrosionzoningofthestelstructureare implemented.Afterthetransformationoftheproductionline，teanaldowtimewasreducedby3miutesandthelosof394000 yuanwasrecovered.Therateoftrack wearwassignificantlyreduced.Theresearchprovidesengineeringpracticereferenceforthe preventionandcontrolof track wearintheconveyingsystemofthepainting workshop，ensuringproductioncontinuityandreducing operationand maintenance costs，with outstanding value.
