Research onthe Mechanism ofTrack Wearin the Accumulation Chain Conveyor System of Automotive Painting Workshop Abstract:Thetrackof hestackingchainconveyorsystemin teautomotivepainting workshopissubjectedtoheavy loads,startstop impacts,and humidacidicandalkalineenvironmentsforalongtime,whichcaneasilyleadtoserious wearandtearandproduction failures. Clarify thecauses of wearand provide preventionand control plans.This studyanalyzesthreetypes of wear mechanisms: adhesiveseardetachmentontactfatiguecrackpropagationndorosionabrasivecompsite.BasedontheaeofLuzouWuling productionline,targetedmodificationssuchasoptimizingthestructureofthecarandanticorrosionzoningofthestelstructureare implemented.Afterthetransformationoftheproductionline,teanaldowtimewasreducedby3miutesandthelosof394000 yuanwasrecovered.Therateoftrack wearwassignificantlyreduced.Theresearchprovidesengineeringpracticereferenceforthe preventionandcontrolof track wearintheconveyingsystemofthepainting workshop,ensuringproductioncontinuityandreducing operationand maintenance costs,with outstanding value.
