Abstract:Theliveristhemainorganthatmetabolizesdrugsoritsmetabolitesinthebody.Whentheexposuresexceedsthemetaboliccapacityoftheliver,itcanleadtoepatocytedamageandiitiateinherentoadaptiveimmuneresposeswithabnoalfliver biochemicalindicators,cholestasis,acuteliverfilureandothersymptoms.Atpresent,Itwaspaidcloseatentiontotheassociation betweendrug metabolicenzymes,humanleukocyteantigens,ATPtransportersanddrug-inducedliver injury.Thisarticlesummarizedtheefectsof lverfunctinbyteaforementioediologicalfctorsduringdrugmetabolismandthelatestreseachprogessonthe diagnosisandtreatmentILI.AimedtodiscovermoreriskfactorscandirectlyorindirectlyinduceDLI,andprovidessupportforthe earlywarning,diagnosis,treatment,prognosis,and new drug development of DILI.

药物性肝损伤(drug-induced liverinjury,DILI)是指由化学药品、生物制品、中成药等上市药品,以及中药材、天然药物、保健品、膳食补充剂等产品或其代谢产物乃至其辅料、污染物、杂质等所致的肝损伤,根据临床表现其归属中医的“黄疸”“胁痛”“虚劳”“痞满”等疾病范畴。(剩余13962字)
