Abstract:ObjectiveToestablishthefingerprintofMiletiaspeciosaChampandestablisharapidandaccuratemethodforhedeterminatioof isantioxidantactivity.MethodsBasedotheprtableearinfraredspectrometer,teconsistencyevaluationmodelfor MilttiaspeciosaChampwasestablishedbyOMCsoftware.Thepartialleastsquares(PLS)quantitativeodelofantoxidantactivity of DPPHandABTSfreeradicalin Miletia speciosaChampwasestablishedbyTQAnalyst8.3software.Results Thefingeprintcharacteristicsof4OatcsofMiletispeciosChampweesimilar,andhesimilarityvalueswereallgreaterthanO.97.Teeation coefficient ( Rp )ofPLS quantitative model for antioxidantactivity IC 50 ofDPPH and ABTS free radicalwere O. 7839 and O.8876,respectively,andtherot meansquareeror(RMSEP)ofpredictionwas0.176andO.109,respectively.Conclusion Theportable near-infraredspectroscopytechnologywasusedasthecoretechnologysupport,andarapidevaluationmethodofMiletispeciosa Champwas established.Onthebasisofnondestructivetesting,themodelcanrealizerapidandacuratepredictionoftargetindicators,which provides an important reference for the quality control of Millttia speciosa Champ.
