Abstract： Objective To establish a quality control method for Mongolian medicine Wulichu -20 ，which involves qualitative identificationbymicroscopicidenificationandtinlaerchomatogaphy（C），ombinedwithtetstsofweightvaratiowatett anddisintegrationtimelimitforqualitycontrol.MethodsTemicroscopicidentificationmethodwasemployedtoidentifyantelopeho and centipede in Wulichu-20 .TLC was conducted using Coptis chinensis reference crude drug and berberine hydrochloride reference standardascontrols.Acomparativestudywasperformedbyanalyzingthechromatographicbehaviorsofreferencestandards，reference crudedrugs，testsamples，simulatedsamples，andnegativesamples.Results The microscopiccharacteristicsofantelope hornand centipede in are obvious；the method of TLC identification of Coptis chinensis has strong specificity and negative control withoutinteference.Allispetiosofightarationmosturecontent，anddistegatiotieomplidwitpaacopalr quirements.ConclusionThemicroscopicidentificationmethodandTCidentificationmethodestablishedinthispaperaresimple， rapid，accurateandreliable，andhavestrong specificity.Combinedwiththepillpreparationinspectionitems，Theycanbeusedas quality control methods for Wulichu-20
