Abstract:Objective Tooptimizethepreparation technologyof Sanbai Granules,including extraction,concentration,drying, andgranulatioprocese.MethodsTheextractioproessasoptimizedbyorthogonal experimentaldesignusing extractiontie,watervolume,andextractionfrequencyasiuencingfactors.Thtransferateofpaeonflorinandtheyieldofdryextractwereeployed ascomprehensiveevaluationindices.Theefectsofwetingagentconcentration,typeandamountofexcipientsonthegranulation process were also investigated. Results The regression equation for paeoniflorin in the extract was γ=1410.5x+588.34 ( R2=0.999 3),with an average recovery of 98.24% 三 RSD=1.09%,n=6 ).The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:decoction with 8timestheamountofwaterxtractedhreetimes,eachfor1.5hours.Drygranulationwasselectedasthepreferredmethod.Teoptimal formulation consisted of dry extract powder and dextrin at a ratio of ,with 82. 5% ethanol as the weting agent,resulting in satisfactorygranuleformation.ConclusionTheoptimizedpreparationprocessisstable,feasibleandreproducible,providingareference for the industrial production of Sanbai Granules.
