Abstract：Basedonthetheoryof“galbladerqirising inspring”putforwardin“spleeandstomach treatise，”this paperanalyzestheprescriptionLiuheJiayuDecoction.Amulti-dimensionalanalyticalframeworkwasstablishdtoaalyzetherelatioshipetwenthisprescriptionandthecoretheoryof“gallbladderqispringrsing”.Thispapercombinesclasicaltheorywithcinicalpractice，focusingontheeficacyoftisprescriptioninrestoringthepysiologicalfunctionofgalbladderandregulatingthespleenand stomach，ndfurtherverifistecicalapplicationvalueoftheoreterapeuticconceptof“reglatinggalbladdertogulateple and stomach”，laying a theoretical foundation for the clinical application of traditional prescriptions.
